newguy
I have air ride on my 620 and one of my valves keeps sticking or freezing up. There 1/2 fast acting brass valves and the only way I can get it to work is to take a propane torch it. warm it up and it starts working. does anyone with air ride have this trouble in winter? Does anyone know of a 12 volt heat tape or blanket? Quote Link to comment

Tdatsun1971
They do make a heat tape, but i have only seen it for 120v. That would be a great idea!!!! Also a water trap will help in the winter. Not to sure on the anti-freeze additive I will try and ask some others about this. I dont know anyone around my area that uses that. Just my 2 cents worth. Smiley720
You can also place the valves closer to the bags and get them away from the air tank. My front valves were right on the front fenders and I never had them freeze up on me, even in the Colorado winter Quote Link to comment
