LeX
i'm not too great with the project threads, but this is my project. i bought it back in july 2008 and it's been in the shop basically since then. Due to bad luck and a shady shop nothing got done and i was able to get most of my money back. Right now I took it to my buds at Garage Zero and we are trying to get it finished up ASAP. This is the car when I got it with my Riverside rims interior is pretty complete. Just need a dash cap really and otherwise it's staying the way it is for now. added the 280zx brake setup motor swap going in the wagon S13 sr20det from JHOT the riversides So far these are the plans, work being done, and mod list: suspension/handling: 280zx front struts and brakes slotted rotors SS brake lines Ground control coilover kit (to be purchased) monroe sensatrac rear shocks (to be purchased) rear 3" lowering blocks and ujoints (to be purchased) RSB (to be purchased) koni NOS adjustable inserts FSB (to be purchased) riverside wheels 15x6.5 +13 and 15x7 +3 195 50 15 fuzion ZRI tires performance: SR20det redtop motorset 5spd transmission XTD stage 3 clutch FMIC setup Greddy oil filter relocation kit 3" turboback exhaust forced performance T2 flange mitsubishi 20g turbo external wastegate with dump pipe @ 14.7PSI Megan heatwrapped topmount manifold MSD inline fuel pump Deatschworks 555cc fuel injectors Blitz SS BoV modified oilpan custom driveshaft aftermarket aluminum radiator Emance tuned ECU N60 MAF on the exterior I am trying to keep it as a sleeper at least power wise. Minus the drop and nice looking wheels it should hopefully hide that it is making a lot of power with stock interior look and feel. August 19, 2009: today I ordered the right bolt pattern exhaust flange so a custom downpipe can be made. Also need to find a slightly narrower radiator which I have sourced (fiero radiator) which I will exchange the other one for at Summit Racing. I need to buy a new front coilover ground control setup to replace what I have on there. I also need to purchase rear sensatrac monroe shocks and some lowering blocks and ujoints. That will deal with the suspension setup. other things to do and to roll and the fenders, work on wiring and get exhaust and driveshaft made. Hopefully the car will be on the road by the end of the month. also need to work on finding a tachometer that's sitting around that I can install relatively inconspicuously.. as well as finding another boost gauge. fo0manchu
sounds sweet. I'd be curious to know how it hooks up at 1bar, lowering blocks, and an open diff. Quote Link to comment

LOL believe me i'd like to do more but i'm so broke  an rx7 GSL-SE rear end with disc brakes and LSD would be nice... or ford 8.8 based setup with coilovers etc Quote Link to comment
fo0manchu
should still be lots of fun. Drive it till it breaks and then replace. Its always more fun that way right? :) I wish I can drive my wagon that way, but its my only ride right now so I have to be somewhat gentle on the accel. Quote Link to comment
