sick620 Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 i drive a 79 datsun 620 single cab. I want to remove stock radio and put a datsun face plate radio deleter in instead. will i have to take off dash to remove? or how i do i remove? Any Takers? Quote Link to comment
Ricky116 Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 No need to remove anything just pull your two knobs then there will be a nut on each knob post remove that then the faceplate the antenna unplugs I believe from the back of the radio or possibly down the line a ways it should now be able to pull out thru the back of the dash. oh ya you have to unplug the the radio harness itself Do you have the delete plat? if not Ill trade ya?
