sounds as if the line is plugged inbetween the tank and the pump, I would disconnect the line at the tank and pump and use compressed air at the tank side and blow out the line. the sending unit in the tank might also be plugged

Verify your fuel filter (near the fuel pump) is not clogged with debris/rust.

 

The pickup tube in the tank on PL521s is bad about rusting through and getting pin holes. If one of those pin holes is above the level of the gas, the fuel pump will only pull air. Don't ask me how i know :mad:

Installed new fuel pump and got nada. But I will try blowing out the lines and see what happens. if not plan B.

 

The pickup tube is accessible from the access door in the bed, right?
