Nissan is about 7 or 8 bucks a piece. medium mag lug nuts is what your looking for with washers. They have captive washers on them and they are the only ones that fit the Nissan alloys without having to file them to make them fit. I've been through that trial and error process. I have a box of them that I was all set to mail to someone a couple of years ago but he found some locally so I still have them. They're fairly easy to find in the junkyards but if you don't wish to go that route you can have mine for $40 incl shipping. Link to comment
