So I ordered a rear window Weatherstrip and it came in. Except, it's too small to fit on the rear hatch. I accidently threw out the invoice so I don't know if it's right. So do I need to stretch it out or do I need to call zcarstore?

I want to coat the inside and the outside of my 240z's floor pan in Por15. How much should I get?

The rims are a two piece. The actual rim and the face (the mesh part). it's bolted on together to make one wheel.

I just got some Fortran rims. Never heard of them but they were a really good deal. $100 for all four. Came with tires but almost bald. So anyone heard/own them before? google didn't really help. The size of the tires are 14 x 7 with a 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern. Do I need to get some offsets or spacers to make them fit on my 240z?

Should I coat the inside and then pay someone to rust proof the whole undercarriage?

I found out today my car has rust on the floor pan. Funny thing is, I'm pretty sure no one bothered to check there because the original carpet and glue was still on there. From the looks of it, it doesn't look like it doesn't need a weld job so I just need to use the best rust remover and sealer. So what product do you guys recommend for removing the glue and which rust remover and sealer to use. I've seen a lot of guys here use the black stuff so I'd like to know the name of that product as well. Thanks for all the insight!

I tried the search function but it was pretty useless. I currently own a 240z that my parents pay the insurance for. However, they won't tell me how much as they are extremely furtive about all aspects of their finance. So how much does it cost to insure your datsun? Also, I might also be buying another running datsun in the near future. How much would insuring a second car cost?

I saw that some people put vintage air into their 510s. Anyone try it with their z?

Thanks for all the info guys. I went around and no one in my immediate area will/can do a R12 repair. One shop even said that they haven't done a R12 repairs since the 80s. However, the same shop said they can do the conversion to R134a including the compressor and retro fit + labor for around $660. Does that sound like a good deal to anyone? I really have no idea. I looked into buying the parts myself from zcarparts and it ran for around $1200. A little expensive. Any suggestions?
