I was woundering how hard is it to put a chevy 350 in a 620?

so my left turn signal works perfect. but when i click to the right the dash arrow lights up solid green instead of blinking, and the rear right tail lamp lights up solid red. once every 10-15 secounds you can hear the click in the dash indicating that its on. what could cause this?? o yea its on my 1979 king cab 620
