yea, sucky.

I run the wrt54g's. I have one that I keep in receiver mode. Running 3 stories down to the complete opposite side of the house kills wifi signals, but when you hardwire your device to one router which then wifi's to the primary router, you have a super strong connection.

Yeah i was thinking of doing the same, having a signal repeater. that would be awesome, lol so peeps won't take my internets while im trying to play BF3

well that wouldn't completely eliminate the lag.. but it would somewhat help if i used a router just for my PS3
