Can You Switch High Beams With Low Beams With A Little Wiring?

I think mine are wired backwards. forward is low.
thats the way it is on a 510. 521 are oppisite

I want forward to be high, that is how all other cars I have driven are.

in my 78 510 forward is high and when i wired the 620 grill into my b210 its the same. btw you can switch 2 wires and it will switch which lights come on with the switch.
