  1. Are working with points and adjusting valves that hard? people seem to look at me crazy when I say its no problem?

      It's no problem on these cars. On some cars, the valve can be more difficult though, still not that bad though. But, you're not crazy.

      It's not that they're hard to work on, but with Points they constantly change timing, dwell, and duration as they wear. Valve lash isn't done that often, but you need to have a feel for it.

      Right! not a problem. On 4 cylinder engines setting valve lash correctly is the best and easiest route to max power. Check the vacuum advance line for leaks also.
