When I bought my truck the first thing I did was take mine off and threw it away. I still had the receipt for it from Perris Covers for 199.00 in 1973

They are hard to come by here in Washington state.

  3. Paisa13.......we all wish we beat Ted to most of the stuff he got! Lol! Can't blame em.. He knows what he wants and he pulled the trigger (A lot!). It was a good day for a great guy. DatDoug memory will live through all those Datsun parts that we are gonna slap on our rigs and the kick ass stickers.

  4. The most creative ruin them and its in the junkyard what I experienced in my 28yrs of Datsun ownership. There are exceptions of coarse

I sold 2 nice 510s and they never made it 2 yrs before they were DONE(junk ,smashed, back yard ect...)

True.... The kids can go overboard..... Haha... I think just a good Ol Stock (but lowered) look is the way I like to see them roll!

  5. Randy Oh that is Cool.

I dont know why people dont keep the stock wheels and hubcaps and waist money on rims when these look so good

Agreed.. But each to their own right?! There are tons of bad ass Datsuns with all sorts of ideas. That is what I love about Datsun owners! Most creative perspectives I have ever whitnessed!

  6. It's from a early 70s Corona wagon (cut down a little). Previous owner had something on the roof that had 4 small holes that were bothering me... Just had JB weld over them....So I covered them. Lol, still on the fence about it but I dig it for now..
