  1. So I ended up getting a 82 non turbo ecu from micro machine and the z seems to be running just as great before it broke. I didn't get to try any earlier ones and I don't know if its a federal or cali one.
  2. The ones that weren't too old plus I've had to put way more than a grand into my datsun to just get it semi reliable and i got it free
  3. 4 grand with a Sr already to swap http://seattle.craigslist.org/search/cta?query=datsun+510&srchType=T&minAsk=&maxAsk=
  4. that 83 didn't work when they sold it the last time
  5. Are we able to get the remote still with your last order?
  6. if i only lived in a box i could get 2, one for each car.
  7. My roommate hooked up my battery backwards, and it melted the computer. Other than that it was running great with the exception of a bad injector.
  8. I have no clue if a 86 would work, and micro if you do that would be great since I'm about to not be cheap and just spend the 300 on a remanafactured.
  9. too bad saturday is washougal and formula d
  10. need a new brain for a 83 280zx non turbo 5 speed, ive tryed up garage, z specalties, and feltons nissan, and mine cant be fixed. thanks
  11. i certainly will, but the hunt for one isn't easy without a usable core without spending 600 bucks
  12. well it is wired up a bit weird from what ive been told and i noticed the cali sticker and he said that it makes sense including the fact they did some werid emmison stuff in the 80's too. but doug at fairlady said that it shouldn't make a difference with ecu's as long as its a 83
