It's time to let go of my house, doesn't make sense t keep it if there's no return in investment.

House value is not terribly bad from what I owe but it would take another 5-10 years before I start seeing gains. I already hang on for 5 years. Maybe I will consider keeping it but man. I'm broke, all my money goes to mortgage payment.

a house is a longterm investment, houseing markets will slowly climb back up. Wait till they climband your house is worth equal to or more than you paid for it
