Sorry I didn't specify the spring is rubbing the body not the tire. I'm running 14x7+1 Ssr reverse mesh with plenty of clearance

I was wondering if anyone has used the t3 coil overs on the rear. I picked some up a while back and finally got a chance to put them on but the problem I'm having with them is that the spring is rubbing. Their really isn't but a few things that can be done to solve this problem I just wanted to see if anyone has had this problem with coilovers and what was done to fix it. Pix would be very helpfull

Pm on struts

I just recently traded for a 1969 510 and purchased the t3 front coil overs for the 280zx.i know the parts that are needed to do this upgrade but finding the parts seems to be harder than I assumed. I can find everything new except for the hubs. Can anyone tell me if these can be bought new or not because coming up blank. And the used parts are nowhere to be found in my area.

I have thought about trying to fix it but your right it would be more of a hassle than anything else maybe down the road a bit? I would like to thank everyone for the positive comments about the car I know sometimes these forums can get touchy. But I've lucked out.so far so good. I still have a question that no one has touched on.is their a easy way to determine what trans,and diff. have I.e. markings. I was looking at the diff last night and the only markings I can find are on the bottom. T10 ? I've searched and can't find anything with these markings.

I agree I don't like the molded in parts.Im not real fond of the way the rear is flared either lost part of the body line that is almost what kept me from trading for it but I will deal with it I love it more every time I look at it. I live in Houston and have seen the guy in fort worth on Dallas Craigslist. I was just hoping to find the parts local but it looks like I'm going to have to take a road trip.

I don't mind a stiff ride it's not a D.D. and would one day like to auto-x.

Fisch. Thanks for the help my laptop is down and trying to use my phone. Btw your art is amazing I have saved most of the pix and change my screensaver weekly. And thanks for the positive comments from everyone the blue kinda grows on ya didn't like it at first.
