no heater at the moment will get to that later. i had the mounds made for me. bit beyond my powers haha. and the booser is a vh44. there is a willwood brake valve in there aswell will have control over front and rear :)

fair enough learn something new everyday. ive been surprised with how easilly everything has fitted in there. quite a few little mods here and there but its in. :)
-
Alternator is in there and yep the bonnet closes.
-
Little bit more progress. radiator installed, clutch master, hec715 coil and electronic dizzy :)
-
yea i dont think the turbo will fit in the 320 installed the radiator yesterday. intercooler might fit under the crank pulley but dont really want it in front. so the Twin su's are staying on and the turbo motor can go into one of my other datto's
-
the spec sheet says the pistons have a compression height of 31.9mm. and have been talking with datsport and les collins racing about it. it will work. as for fitting in the 320 not sure yet havnt even tried will come close i rekn. but yea where to put the intercooler. the radiator only has 10mm of gap between the core and water pump pulley :/

hey everyone im building an L20b efi turbo motor. parts i have together so far are. an early 200b L20b block and crank, z20 conrods, sr20det race pistons, ati super damper, copper head gasket, arp bolt kits, choice of A87 or u67 heads, stock and performance cams. custom manifolds. still a fair way to go on the parts list not a cheap build at all. not sure what vehicle it will be going in yet but will try and keep the post updated as i go. not really going for big power just a strong street motor with some go. somethig a bit different so it might end up in my 320 ute if it all fits.

i went with the vh44 booster cos i didnt have enough room for a stock booster. (rhd) steering column is in the way. although i didnt try 2 hard to get on in there haha. 240k master cylinder had to bore out the mount hole an extra 1mm or so. stock pedal box. started to hook up the 720 wire harness and have most of the engine bay wired up now. :)
-
cheers getting there slowly :)
-
howdy all. just completed the 720 brake conversion on the old girl and now its time to replace all the squishy bits. does anyone know of a complete bush kit or have part numbers at all. cheers

i cut the mounts off a blurbird radiator. it squeezes in there with 10mm between the core and water pump pulley.

getting there slowly but surly :)
