Both have been unavailable for a very long time. I'm offering up for sale here first. They go on ebay if they don't sell here. '68-'69 510 Wagon locking gas cap. NOS in original packaging with 2 keys. This thing is absolutely perfect. $175 shipped in the lower 48. '70-'73 510 wagon non-locking gas cap. It is used but in good condition. $50 shipped in the lower 48. 620 Shift boot. This is the boot that goes in the console. It is NOS in original packaging.
