gobabushka
I have my '83 Nissan 720. The cab is in great shape, and the engine runs like a song. However, the bed is another issue. I have the classic rust spots on these beds, and am not sure where to start, nor can I find ANY bed parts anywhere. Be it junk yards or online. Can anyone offer any sage guidance on this? Thanks! flatcat19
Like rusted through or surface rust? With a bed, if rusted through, you may need to fab up most of it, or cut and stitch from another truck. Surface? Knock it down with whatever abrasive you choose it hit it with paint. RhinoLining is always an option as well. Quote Link to comment
Yedi
Like he said if rusted through just either find another similar sized box and convert it with measurements or better yet if you wield cut the floor out of a newer larger box at a pick a part ... cut out your old floor... then wield in the new one after you measure 18 times and hopefully only need to cut once carefully Quote Link to comment
