datto510
I just bought a Weber 40mm sidedraft and a Cannon intake manifold for my 510. The old stock manifold has water ports that match the head, the new manifold dosen't have the water ports, how do you overcome this? Do you block the ports from the head? I have scoured a couple of fourms and can't figure this out. Thanks for any input. Quote Link to comment
DATQUIK
I have always tapped the manifold and ran the lines to each other, the were used to heat the manifold for cold weather, but the flow helps keep the head cooler, also it looks cool when you use steel braded line, if you live where it gets cold it will be hard to start, use a tennis ball with a 3/4 in hold drilled in it, that acts like a choke in cold weather. You will like the way it runs especially if you have ramped up the cam. Good luck Greg Quote Link to comment
