RTB Posted October 4, 2013 Report Share Posted October 4, 2013 There's an 81 200sx for sale near me. My current engine that I'm building is a l20 with z20s pistons with long rods. The car for sale near me has 150k miles and the owner is only asking about a grand. Should I buy it just to part it out and keep the engine parts I need? I have brand new z22 pistons that I can use... Also is it possible I have 6 inch rods in the current set up? Because the pistons definitely go all the way to the top of the block but I know the pistons were quite a bit shorter than the standard l20 piston. Quote Link to comment
