720 light problems

84 720  Both the dim lights work but when you push the switch for the high beams the left low beam bulb goes out and only the right high beam comes on.  If you unhook both or either of the high beams when you hit the high switch the low beam on the left still goes out.   a quick look at the wires and all looks as good as could be.  I have not got out the book yet.

 

Second, Both brake lights work like suppose to in day time.  When the lights are on the left tail light goes out when you hit the brakes and that brake light does not come on.  The right side works like it should.  I think it may be in all the turn signal stuff for I do not see a problem in the wires at the rear of the truck.

 

Any ideas?  Going to pull the book out in a little while.

Found on the tail light corrosion in the light socket,  replaced the light socket and all is fine.  Now just the headlight.
