Z18ET or CA18ET turbo manifold and heat shield

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a CA18ET (S12 200SX Turbo) OR Z18ET turbo manifold. With heat shield too if possible. If somebody only has the OEM manifold heat shield belonging to either mentioned engine I'll be interested in purchasing it.
