Can you be more specific?

If you mean the front blinkers, access is very simple.  The philips head screws that appear to be holding the lens on do double-duty.  Remove those two screws and the entire assembly comes out of the the bumper.  The lens should pop away from the housing without having to pry very hard on it.  I had one of mine out yesterday.  They're plastic, so the lens and/or the housing can crack and let water in.  Once water gets inside the lamp sockets can corrode irreversibly.

If I recall, the rear blinker assemblies are pretty much the same.

I just checked my blinkers after responding to your post - the right front wasn't working.  I opened it up.  There's corrosion on the contact in the bottom of the bulb socket, and the sleeve has corrosion too.  I should probably do something, like smear some dielectric grease inside the socket.  If you open up the front housings, make sure the gasket's in its place when you reassemble.  My gaskets have lost their elasticity, and they've shrunk some so they don't want to stay in the groove.  If it's not in the groove it's not keeping the moisture out.
