Rebuilt L28et

Recommended Posts

All machine work was done at R&L Engines in Dover, NH; a very reputable shop around me.

So here it is:

2012-06-13_22-27-43_666.jpg

F54 block - baked/blasted/jet washed
- magnafluxed - passed
- re-sized cylinders: 3.426 (.040 over)
- drilled/removed oil galley plugs
- R&R pressure bypass

Crankshaft - checked/radius/micropolished
- magnafluxed - passed

P90 head - resurfaced : .006
- drilled/tapped oil galley plugs
- resurfaced valves and seats
- new inner/outer valve springs
- the camshaft was checked & micropolished, but they did not include it in the invoice, for whatever reason.

Rods - mag'd - passed
- rods & pistons R&R'd

ARP main and head studs

MSA manifold studs kit

Cloyes timing chain kit

Entire rotating assembly was balanced and jet washed. I have all receipts and records of work done, including the balance sheets and invoices.

$1500 + shipping (cost me about $2700 to build)
