ggzilla Posted November 11, 2012 Report Share Posted November 11, 2012 You want to replace the choke on your Weber carburetor? Or are you asking about replacing the choke cable? If your weber has electric (DGEV) or automatic (DGAV) water heated choke, remove the weber choke, and fit the electric choke from the Datsun carb. It fits. Then set it -- works extremely well, no cables to bind. No knobs to remember or forget about. 1. Rotate choke to just close the butterfly 100% when engine is cold. 2. Connect choke wire to coil + wire. Quote Link to comment
