Minimal to no rust...no looking to trade one set of damages for another. Located in Baltimore...so chances are I'll need it shipped unless you are somewhat local. We can work out details on price as I don't need a large section it the panel... Jut the last 16-18" from top to bottom. Ross Link to comment
