benny620 Posted May 7, 2012 Report Share Posted May 7, 2012 Righto chaps, I've just ripped the head off the cursed 310 and have noticed on both the old and new gasket they appear to have half the waterways blocked off, the old gasket has almost burst thru where they were blocked. so.. should I take to the new gasket with a scalpel and open them up to avoid this happening again? or is it something to do with water flow control? Head was re-conned a couple of years ago so surely the gasket shouldn't have failed that quickly. it did get hot once tho :/ Any input would be appreciated. cheers. Quote Link to comment
