Wanted: Tailgate for my 71' PL521

Hey Gang,

 

I'm seaching for a tailgate for my little green. My neighbor down the street offered me his old and rusted (badly) one from his 68' bed. He wants me to take the complete bed/ tailgate. There appears to be normal rust and wear on the bed, but the tailgate is rusted bad. Am I better off to keep looking, or should I give this one a makeover and go for it? The bed is up for grabs if anyone wants it? I live in Medford Oregon.
