xzile609
Would it be okay to run a plastic clear fuel filter BEFORE the electric fuel pump? I think the filter may be clogging and I would like to put a clear one in before the pump. I have a Metal EFI filter also just before the engine. I am using a walbro 255 external and its making a loud squeel Quote Link to comment
AtlanticCoastDatsun
yes it would be fine, there is no positive pressure there, be careful though, you dont want the filter to implode. if your walbro 255 is making a squeal it is either worn out or it is a cheap counterfeit pump. Those pumps are hugely counterfeited. I have an authentic one an its fairly quiet. I am using a ka24de filter for my sr20det. Quote Link to comment
