Toyo Tech Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 Starting the KA24de swap, and I would like to keep my A/C (Georgia can get swampy) Wondering if anyone has used the stock KA24 compressor, on the "original" 510 A/C condenser. There is a SLIGHT chance I can make the original Tecumseh compressor work (was installed by Nissan dealership on purchase date) with some custom made brackets, but it appears it'll be a tight fit. I don't have the KA24 compressor, and will have to buy one, or try the stock compressor.........................., so it's really 6 vs 1/2dzn at this point...unless someone has better insight.
