help please. vacuum and carb issues.

Hello, been looking at ratsun for a while now. Great website. Had my 620 for about 2 years, only ran for about 6 months after I got it. Blew the head and couldn't find a new one. Anyways, I found a new to me L18, it needed the carb and distributor from my old motor so I put them on and threw it in.

 

Motor fired right up but here are my problems. 3 vacuum lines I don't remember where and can't figure out where they go. And second my carburetor is getting WAY to much fuel, I know about the adjustment screws and even with the mixture screw tight it is just dumping fuel, it doesn't want to die but when I apply throttle it squirts fuel out of the top of the carb and upon shutdown wants to diesel.
