datsunfish Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 I have ported 3 of them.Its not necessarily easy but its not so bad as long as you are comfortable with air tools. This one is not over done but you can go deeper.Chuck up a router bit in a straight air grinder(this will ruin a 90 deg. head grinder)Trace the larger port gasket and cut around outward to the line and work that in.Also cut out the top opening to match the weber adapter.
