710 Suspension Help (Tokico)

Hey guys,

 

I need help in replacing my front and rear suspension, I have a Datsun 710 (160J) 4 doors 1977 (Leaf springs in the back), which rides very bumpy, I saw these:

but I kinda need your help, maybe from experience someone has found better replacement model for the 710, and please all we have where I live is Tokico, so advise in that if possible.
