stanza23 Posted November 17, 2010 Report Share Posted November 17, 2010 Help! i have a stanza T11. CA16s motor w/ twin su flat tops. Its problem before is high idle speed. Around 1500 rpm. it runs ok. it gives enough power although fuel economy suffers. When i turn on the aircon it drops to about 900rpm. Last month i tried putting thicker oil on the damper. My gas tank is full. run 15km. its idle speed goes up to 2000rpm. After turning off the engine, it started spitting fuel from the gas cap. So i switch back to thinner oil on the damper and now i started tinkering with the float. I tried adjusting the float. it started running lean. There is no power. Cant turn the aircon on. I tried putting back the float from its previous level but its still running lean. My top speed now is around 40 km/h at 3rd gear. Idle speed now is around 800rpm. The engine is shivering when i press on the accelerator. Gas tank now is half full. What should i do? Quote Link to comment
