BOOTS83 Posted October 12, 2010 Report Share Posted October 12, 2010 ok 1977 810 L24E inline 6 fuel injected parts replaced= fuel pump,fuel regulator,fuel filter,1 bad injector,some fuel line plugs,wires,cap,rotor,coil air filter,oil battery things checked= vacume is 100% fuel and spark are good maf and tps seem to work(or at least do something when adjusted) problem=anything over half throttle results in a choking effect,no stall just no more power and a vacume suck type sound quickly smells rich sometimes seems as if it is not running on full power/all cylinders when stopped i can put the pedal to the floor up until 15 mph then it chokes,,power before that 15 is not what it should be tho idles fine,anything over that is ruff seems to run better when colder outside but just barely have messed with all adjustments,maf,idle,timing nothing gets rid of it any ideas?..i might add that the alt is only keeping the battery level,,not charging it to the top but that is getting replaced soon Quote Link to comment
