hoooops250r Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 The problem i am having is when I start up my 1984 720 pickup the engine starts reving up to 2000-3000 rpm and i am not able to lower it. I have backed out the idle screw all the way and it is not lowering the rpm. i just rebuilt the carb so i don't know if i messed up something or if there is some other thing that can cause this problem. any help would be great. the truck is all stock. thanks Jason Quote Link to comment
