hydroking68 Posted May 22, 2010 Report Share Posted May 22, 2010 so kingcab78 gave ma a newer 4speed trans and i took it into work to open her up and now im putting it back to gether and all i need now is the seal kit for it i found one and don't know them so i ask for the ratsun help again has any one got a seal kit from new datsun parts here is what it is DATSUN 4 SPEED GASKET SET CORRECT FOR THE 1968 TO 1970 510. Never tried these, but it amazes me that New-Datsun-Parts is selling synchros and shift forks for the 4 speed. Ten years ago there was nowhere to get synchros and such, and SCCA IT racers rebuilt them with used 4th gear synchros scavenged from old spare transmissions. Is anyone selling a rebuilt shifter/tailshaft assembly that you're aware of? Quote Link to comment
