I hear you. I’m just going to build up my L20B. And save the headache of make my timing chain longer and cover. I’m just looking for about 200hp. I believe I can get that with some work on my L20B short block.
Ok I got it.... the z24will work with my 280z tranny. Just as long I use my mounts and oil pan from my L20B. Got it So my plan was to buy the z24 short block, bore out for bigger pistons? And use my A87 peanut head.
I already have a good head set up new 45mm Weber sidedafts carbs, building muscle cars not new to me I’ve built up a 95 twin turbo supra over 700 horses. This 510 is a Sunday car only not looking for a Mom Honda. I have my two Mercedes for that.
So does that mean the tranny mount won’t work? I have an L 20 be there thought to EDC tranny right now on my 510, I was looking for a direct bolt on swap.
What’s up guys?? I have a A87 New rebuilt close chamber head with a high loop cam. Getting a z2.4 block. I have new dual sidedafts 45mm Weber’s. What kind of work if any?? Should I do to the block??

Yes it came with the adjustable pushrod. And fork, but I can't get any play?? If I move the rod it to the cylinder all the way down there still no play?
