HEY MAN its good to see a fellow 720 wheeler! I dont know if you ever figured out what that sensor was in front of your front diff but it sounds to me like its the breather tube for the front diff. cant wait to see where you get with this good luck and happy wheeling!

Driving a 210 and the tranny said bye bye and now i have nothing to drive if anyone has one in the portland/clackamas county/ northwest area i would GREATLY appreciate it! thanks!, Jake

If you want to find parts for it make sure its one of the newer ones. the 80 to 82 (maybe 83 im not sure) has smaller axles in the front and are a pain to find. the 84-86 you can still find all parts for. im looking at getting one myself.

He is referencing my distaste for the look of 620's. I may not like how they look, but I will fix any datsun if I can and more importantly, in this case, a head gasket for a friend so he can drive it the next day to the Newark swap meet. And When I fix something I test drive it to make sure my work is done correctly.

This is true, however your grandma is why it runs and also you have had it forever..if my wagon runs before the two door runs then id say you dont got much on me haha

1972 datsun 510 wagon. In or real close to sacramento. I think that is the last couple things i need and i can get my car running, putting in the motor this weekend and without these parts i will not move very fast is the thing haha..willing to pay for the parts of course

havent gotten the motor yet but hopefully soon. I have heard that people have seen lots of b310s with ka24de motors in them but i cant find anyone. i just had a question about the cross member..what would be the best way to go with putting the motor in sould i a) just mount the 240 sx motor mounts onto my cross member or B) use the 240sx cross member on my car. im thinkin just put the motor mounts on my cross member would be easier, also whats the chances of finding a driveline that works or do i have to be all custom about it? anyone on here put a ka in a 210 i can talk to? any advice would help thanks

The solid rear axle will handle better than the IRS (if modified appropriately). But the IRS will have a smoother ride.

thinking about doing it on my 210..already got the 510 rear end..also should be getting a ka for it YAY! haha

Is it a front sump L20B? Whats it out of? You'll need the tranny too. Don't think the 210 motor mounts won't work on the L20B. Tell more.... and some pics of the swap as you do it.

its out of a 77 620 and i know the 210 motor mounts wont work thats why im gonna try to swap cross members with a 78 510 but i need to start soon i have no car at the moment...i was hoping to have ready for canby show but i guess ill put a car in next year

has anyone ever done the rear disc brake conversion to the 210? would it be as easy as doing it to a 510?
