1) The vehicle in question is a early 1979 Datsun 210 wagon, model B310 series, according to the owners manual. The engine is 1400cc. 2) Is there a difference between a B210 and a 210? 3) I am looking for a Strut Support, part # 54320-????? The ????? Refers to the exact model but I cannot find a site that gives it to me. 4) Strut bearing, part # 54325-H1000 Some sources say this number includes all B210 (120Y, 140Y 160Y) 5) Looking for the Datsun/Nissan factory parts web site. 6) Is there a 1.8L engine that will swap into my 210 with a minimum of effort? Thank you Datzenmike for your reply. I noticed the rear end sagging when I had a bunch of brake parts in the cargo area of the wagon. I had already replaced the rear shocks with KYB when this had occurred. When I searched for spring spacers the vendors give the lift but not the O/D or I/D of the spacer. The other problem is hardly nobody lists the make or model that they fit. The original spacer/spring locater sits on top of the spring. The original spacer/spring locater is 4 3/8" O/D, 3.25 I/D and the lift is 1/2". I would like about a 1" lift. Thanks in advance. Rich.

I am trying to find new REAR coil springs for my 1979 210 wagon. I cannot find any anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I used the google command: "datsun and 1979 and 210 and rear and coil and springs" and end up with Front springs and Ford, Chevy etc. I am sitting here with the wagon on jack stands and the rear end just hanging there right now. Having just purchased a 1979 210 wagon, I wanted to replace everything to do with the brakes. I found a right side caliper but I can not find a left side anywhere. Even places that said they had them didn't. Are there any brands (if I can find a left side) I should stay away from. Would 310 brakes work? Everyone has plenty of those. Thanks in advance. Rich

The shifter on my 1979 210 wagon is almost useless with tons of play. How can I tighten it up? Where to get parts for it. Thank you, Rich
