no, it has a 4 speed in it now, this thing in canby,,,, does it cost anything to get in? and its this weekend? it looks like i could use the transmission, ever have any trouble with it?

my transmission just went out on my 78 620 today, its says this above 5 Speed Manual Transmission out of 78 620.. $125 i have a 78 620 with an l20 engine, don't know much about what i would need to know for this to work in my truck. thanks,,,Bill

I have spent a couple days looking for a broken piece on my front end, tension rod (thanks MIke). I also have a 76 for parts, but it hooks up different than the 78 I am putting in a pic for some help also. I am in Washington state. Just joined yesterday so I am still learning the site,,,thanks,,,,,Bill hope the pic works, I am new to posting one in a forum

I want to bump this up, I am still looking for this part. tension rod for a 1978 620, it has two bolts holes that hold it to the A frame, this would be the passenger side,,thanks,,,Bill
