Halp. I can't get the Z trans out from under my 620. Anyone have a guide or can talk me through it? Do I need to remove the piece that the shifter goes into? I got it back as far as I can get it and the top of trans is landing on the clutch plate. Do I need to turn the trans so I have more clearance in the back? http://community.ratsun.net/topic/51662-z-5-speed-jumping-out-of-5th/

I've always pulled them with the engine. But if you remove the radiator, and unbolt the engine mounts and slide it forward you get just enough clearance.
