My shifter boot is in OK condition. What I really need is the boot for the 4x4 transfer case shifter. I will take the advise and try and repair the one that I have . Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. I have tried the local auto parts stores (Advance, AutoZone etc.) with no luck. In addition, I have tried to google it and looked on ebay with no luck. I will try the local Nissan dealer. However, I have little faith that I will find it there. I recently replaced the head gasket and timing chain. I tried to order the parts from Nissan and found much to my dismay that they no longer offer these parts. However, as stated, I will give it a try.

I have a 1986 Nissan 720 4x4 king cab ST. I have owned the truck since 1988. The truck is still in decent shape but, the rubber boot for the transfer case shifter is in bad shape. This allows excessive heat and fumes in the cab. Does anyone know of vendor that provides a replacement boot? Let me know. Thanks.
