OkieRA29
Okay, I know it is a Toyota engine, but the issue is the carb and not the car manufacturer. 2.2L (20R) motor, single sidedraft 45 DCOE weber. Stats are as follows: Main Jets are 145; Air correctors 150; Emulsion tubes F15; Idle jet is 55F8. I believe that the venturi is 38. By my calculations, the jets are way undersized. I based my calculations on this link http://cnx.org/content/m37431/latest/ By the math on that page with my 38 venturis, my mains should be 150-155, my air correctors should be 200-205, the emulsion tube should be F2, and the idle jets appear to be close. Now, my idle screw is pretty much shut down, so I am thinking I need to take the idle jets to more like a 55F4 and correct all the other jets and such to my calculated sizes. Anybody have any ideas, tips or critiques? Quote Link to comment
