I'm not sure if they interchange on an L28 but can work with you on measurements. I have a third L16 pulley on which I machined the pulleys off in order to use detachable underdrive pulleys. Never finished the project so sourcing pulleys and drilling holes would be needed to finish. A machinist gizmo inventor type person might be interested in this item. Link to comment
