I was in the same boat and then I found a guy on CL selling a SOHC KA and asked if I could just buy the upper and lower brackets. He was reluctant, but $30 later they were in my hands (I know I got robbed, but I needed them). CL search 240SX's in your area and you might get lucky. If you find a SOHC KA see if you could just buy the brackets. In regards to a T-stat housing.... you can either use the one you have and shave a little off from where the belt hits the housing, junk it, or hit up one of the franchise auto stores. I shaved mine.
