521 Disc Brake Conversion Question

So I've got most of the hardware I need for my 521's conversion:

 

~Front and rear brackets

~Hardbody calipers

~Isuzu rear stuff

~'81 ZX Master Cylinder

 

I'm also going to be using a 620 brake booster. I will also be bending and running all new hard brake line from the master cylinder...

 

I ran a search but was unsuccessful in finding these last few things I want to confirm:

 

What size brake line will I need? Size and thread pitch at the master cylinder connections

 

Any other things I should look at getting or road blocks I may hit?
