my buddies 4.3 vortec 720

sorry about the aweful pic.... only one i have of this truck.

this is my buddies 83 720 with a vortec 4.3 and a tremec 5 speed. the tires are 245x50x14 on 14x8 wheels. I flared the fenders 3 inches wider to cover the tires and its lowered 2 inches in front and 3 in the back. I painted it in a 3 stage with ghost flames. the body was based platinum pearl and the flames were based in fine aluminum lacquer then a gallon of ice blue toner (thats over 3 gallons reduced) was sprayed over the base. then 6 heavy coats of clear and then sanded and polished to perfection. This truck is truely amazing inside and out.... i hope to take some good pics next im up at his house
