Okay so i have an emissions system still on the 521 so I should look for one that doesn't vap though the gas cap i will need one that seals all the vapor in the gas tank
The alternator doesn't seem stock it has a Mitsubishi logo and voltage regulator I changed to one u can buy at AutoZone the ground cable to the head is there but not one to the frame of the alternator just the ground cable you screw in the voltage regulator has the ground also
So today the Datsun 521 started to charge 16 volts to the battery I chacked the alternator it good changed the voltage regulator it rand fine until I trunes it off and back on boom it started charging 16 volts agin am tuning and amp idk if it can affect it but it switch to turn on when the key is turned on its grounded to one off the seat belt bolts and it gets it power from the battery
Hi everyone so the steering did fit the 521 it's slid right on I bolted down ,I just had to move the blinker mechanism up but beside that it works horn blinker cancellations
Yea sorry about post in the wrong areas I'm still very new
So I looked over the truck everything looked good I did notice my upper control arm was mission a washer basically it was loose thought that was the problem but no then I saw my break line the rubber hoses were both cracked and rubber falling off I am going to change them but can this cause it to pull to one side ?
The tension rod bushings look good and my driverside front brakes did have a leaky wheel cylinder I cleaned everything but the driver side is were it pulling towards
Sorry I am very new to all this stuff
Idk if this can effects the breaks but my banjo screw on passenger side is different from the driver side I find this odd ?
everything with the brakes is right adjusted correctly
