is it possible to replace the stock torsion bar to a longer piece to achieve a lower front end and the pros and cons...thanks.

unfortunately, the truck is having vibration problems. maybe the u-joints are faulty. i will definitely look into the numerous suggestions mentioned in this topic and will post the results shortly...thanks a millions datsun heads !!!! just want to mention that this site is awesome...get better response than the other websites i'm in.

i drive mine during non-rainy season around the neighborhood mostly weekends. really enjoy driving my stock 5-speed 620...i'm in the process of acquiring parts to switch to a L20 and dual size carbs and a very nasty cam..

i am still unhappy with the results after lowering the entire truck and airbag is my last resort. wanted to inquire the amount of work involve and how low would it be by lowering the body. thank you for your assistance.

how much work is involve to lower the body only and how low?

lowered 3" rear and max at front. using 175/70/14 tires... really low. contemplating on custom size at rear add 1" both height & width to keep the cops away.
