First thing is to pull the plugs and check to see if they're fuel fouling. Then if it's stock carb buy a weber 32/36 not a 38 dges. I have one and it's for performance not for gas mileage. Then you might check compression and make sure nothings to low.

Hey guys, so I cranked the torsion down on the front and it's about 2.5in lower but it rides pretty stuff. Need new shocks maybe? Also, going to put 2 or 3in blocks on the back but from the information I've read I'm not sure if I need drop shocks or not. Elaborate?

Okay, so I believe I'm going to buy a new distributor, cap, wires etc but buy the Pertronix system instead of having to go through the hassle of the mounting plate and everything.

Ok, I'm going to my local pick n pull to pick up the pedastool on Friday. I'm not sure I've the truck even positively needs a valve adjustment. It has been fouling from too much gas so I believe it's carb and a new dizzy will fix the problem.
